What is an Organization?

When you create an account, it is linked to a user (and his email address). A user can create one organization with the 'Free Trial'. This organization can't be shared with other users and can only manage a very limited number of hosts.

In order to share your organization with other users and/or to manage more hosts within an organization, you have to upgrade the organization to one of our premium plans.

What does 'community support' mean?

We don't provide you direct dedicated support over phone or email (this requires an additional support plan). Instead, we'll support you over our public mailing list and our IRC channel. We are actively monitoring these channels and provide support there, thus benefiting the whole community. There is no Service Level Agreement for the community support, but rest assured that we'll do our best to keep our users and community happy ! In addition, you also have access to our comprehensive on-line documentation.

What if I need additional support?

Additional support plans may be possible depending on the size of your organization and your requirements. Environment review, audit, custom development, integration, best practices, migration from other tools, ... are example of provided professional services. Do you provide training?

Yes, training packages, both remote and on-site (not available in all locations) are available. Contact us for details about our training offers.

Can you help me write applications templates?

Yes, we offer a broad range of professional services. We can help you write applications templates, we can also help in integrating ComodIT with your cloud, private or public, infrastructure.

Can I deploy ComodIT on my premises?

Our platform is available as a standalone software package that can be easily deployed on-premises. Pricing depends on the managed infrastructure size and required level of support. Contact us for more details.
